McCoy and McCoy represented someone that is close to me about 2 years ago. They never met or spoke to an attorney at this firm. I hired them to represent me and I have never met or spoken to them directly. All my interactions have been with Jessica. I find that I'm doing most the leg work. Is this normal protocol? Very disappointed.

I was injured in an accident, right away contacting McCoy McCoy office. Jess had answered and sent staff out to my house to go over everything. Immediately I felt like I was in good hands. Jess was my biggest supporter in answering any questions and helping me understand treatment and that I was going to be ok.
