I retained Attorney Jennifer Mancini to draft estate planning documents for me and my family. Attorney Mancini is very knowledgeable and always returned my phone calls and emails promptly. She was very accessible and made me feel confident in my choice of Attorney. I highly recommend her.

She was grate in the in person consultation very respectful and polite. Unfortunately there seem to be misunderstandings on follow up questions to clarify the documents that I wanted to have created. These misunderstandings became a back and forth email conversation where all faith in the process was gone. What probably could have been solved with a phone call ended in email. I decided it was better for me to look for representation somewhere else.
