Parents be wary when hiring this law firm this lady is a fraud. She stiff my boyfriend and I for $1,600 made no appearance to court. As a matter of fact she called me shortly after 5pm the day before court, to tell me she was going to be a no show. She inform me that I was going to have to pay her more money after we payed her $4,700. I was also inform in the beginning that they were going to charge me by the hour… so I asked her how much money has been used ?? since she was asking me for more money to show up to my court date… she said “ a little over 200 “…. I cancel services after she was a no show she didn’t even call to ask me how court went. Won’t call me back. She keeps dodging me. I never even met her. I don’t think she even has a legitimate office. It’s upsetting when someone does this kinds of scams. Especially postpartum. I highly doubt any of these reviews are real. I think they’re all fake. Except for the bad ones. I’m surprised she still has her license to practice.. she should be barred.

Here are a few of the things that I liked when I was represented by Mr. Hayber last year in my winning settlement against a mexican restaurant that owed me a ton of money. -he is very accessible, I felt that I could call or text either him or his paralegal and receive a good update. -He is diligent, he sweats the details. - He breaks down very easily in layman's terms where the restaurant business is cheating you and why you are owed. -he talks to you like a regular guy. -lastly, he's very experienced in employment law/restaurant wage disputes. thats why I was comfortable going with him because he's done this before many times and won, and that was the case with my settlement. all in all I would go with him again if I ever had another issue with wage disputes with employers.

Was referred by a friend. Communication was a issue at intake. Still haven't heard back to review the details of my case in full to see if it was a right fit.

I should have known to look elsewhere when the initial appt was a s*** show. The meeting was never put on an attorney’s calendar and it was never communicated that it would be via zoom not in person. The communication is terrible and I did majority of the work myself. When I spoke to her last week she told me a new attorney with the firm would be present on 3/31 ….. wait what where’s the one we’ve been working with that was amazing ???? The turnover rate of attorneys with this firm is ridiculous. Today we filed an appearance to self represent and filed an agreement with the other party. When the new girl that works there called me she told me she doesn’t even live in CT …. Based on experience with this firm I question if any of them are in CT !!!! Take my advise go elsewhere!!!!

I was a fool. I thought since I was not doing anything wrong I had nothing to hide from DCF. Little did I know the minute I trusted DCF and let them into my life, the longer they stayed. I wish I would’ve hired an attorney much sooner. I thought “well they don’t have any evidence and they can’t prove any negligence, there is nothing they can do.” I didn’t realize all they needed was a “belief.” DCF has a better safe than sorry attitude.They will take your kids if you don’t comply to their every whim. Don’t go through a DCS investigation without an attorney to help guide you. It will be the biggest mistake you’ve probably ever made.
