Over the last 18 months, I had the opportunity to work with Attorneys Katz and McGrath, most recently with McGrath. Initially, wasn't sure what to expect, however, they were professional, patient, took the time to thoroughly walk me through the process that we were embarking on to ensure that all of my questions were addressed and communicate what to expect at different stages of the process etc. As time progressed, it was clear to Attorney McGrath and I that this case was a unique one in many ways. Knowing the challenges confronting us, he was consistently prepared, thoroughly researched case laws to support our position, and leveraged the experience/expertise within the firm and external peers.
