They were professional, highly accessible and very responsive to urgent matters regarding the deal. Their highly specialized experience was key to a smooth transaction. Hurdles to closing were handled tactfully and with respect, even when that respect was not extended to them by the opposing party. I felt as though my best interests were always being considered through the course of our interactions. The flat global fee model saved me thousands of dollars as opposed to the customary hourly billable rate. More firms should operate similar to Marti Law Group.
