As an attorney practicing in CT, I have had Attorney Kriesen serve as a mediator in numerous cases. He is thorough in his preparation, neutral in his reasoning, and highly effective in leading the way to a middle ground. From a logistics standpoint, he and his staff also make the process (especially scheduling) very easy.

Attorney Kriesen recently arbitrated a motor vehicle negligence case for my office. The arbitration was conducted over Zoom. He was very courteous to my client, witnesses and the lawyers involved. The process went very smoothly and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the facts and the applicable law for the various evidentiary issues that arose. His written decision was very thorough and it was clear that he thoroughly reviewed all the medical records and other evidence before reaching his decision. I would not hesitate to use Attorney Kriesen as an arbitrator or mediator in the future.
