After an accident that unexpectedly derailed my life, I wasn't sure what to do next. I was left in daily pain, and unable to work or enjoy my life. After pleading with the driver at fault's insurance company for months, I realized that, unfortunately, there was no chance I would get any assistance or compensation from them to cover my medical expenses; they flat-out said no, even though I was injured.
