They were pleasant, very knowledgeable , professional, prompt in what they said they'd do and the documents they'd send to me. I am rating a 5 star only because it does not allow to add 10 stars! Cynthia Crockett & the team in her office are incredible always kept me informed & were very honest about my case. If I wasn’t happy they made sure they kept fighting. Went to Trantolo & Trantolo after a severe car incident to no fault of my own left me injured, both physically and financially. The whole experience was nothing but positive from start to finish. I work an extremely busy 3rd shift schedule which often makes managing real world tasks very difficult for me, especially those of this altitude. Despite this, everyone I worked with during the case was extremely accommodating and it never impacted their ability to contact me and help me through the whole process. I was reached out to regularly with updates regarding my case, with every interaction feeling very personable. I was always left feeling supported and that they were truly in my best interest.
