I had a different lawyer before coming to RisCassi & Davis that could not get ahold of for months and months of trying to reach out. I then reached out to RisCassi & Davis and talked to Christopher who let me know I could switch. That is what I did and he kept me up to date every step of the way, always answered phone calls or called right back that day, answered any questions I had and got everything handled as fast as he could. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend family and friends to them.

This was my first time dealing with a car accident that changed a lot in my life. Working with this firm at first was very nerve wrecking to me but they gave me constant reassurance. I was always informed of any update, I felt very included in the process never clueless. I was able to work with Pat Kennedy and he was really awesome. Very reassuring and always responded quickly along with his team. I appreciate this firm so much, I am more than happy with the outcome. You guys work so hard and never stop trying! Ricassi and Davis is a wonderful firm. They treat you like family. It is not just one attorney and you. It is a whole team. They keep you apprised of everything happening along the way. What Attorney Jainchill did for me was amazing. He is brilliiant. He dug until could get all the evidence needed to help me, and formed a wonderful team at the firm to fight for me. The damages they won for me have made me whole again so that I will be able to enjoy the rest of my life despite the changes to my health due to my accident.

I chose this firm because it has an outstanding reputation, and its attorneys are among the most outstanding in Connecticut. Throughout the entire process, from the day of the accident through the settlement agreement, I found every member of their team to be professional at all times, knowledgeable about every issue, and always kept me up to date on the status of the situation.
