I cannot say enough good things!! The firm is full of kindhearted, caring people. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Patrick Kennedy, who went above and beyond through out this entire experience. From helping as a guide for my lack of technical experience, to helping explain everything in detail so I could understand the legal jargon, Patrick and his paralegals are PHENOMENAL. I’ve worked with a few lawyers in the past, but none of them even compare to the level of professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. Patrick was a huge help and there is no way I would have won my complicated case without him. Upon many challenges from moving across the country, to a global pandemic, Patrick was able to help me through everything with ease. He is truly a kind hearted man who cares about his clients. When my attorneys in Fl realized my accident case in CT was going to be a prolonged legal “battle”, they contacted RisCassi and Davis on my behalf. In turn, RisCassi and Davis agreed to represent me. Paul Iannaccone and the team at Riscassi & Davis is amazing. The friendliness and caring nature of everyone I have talked with in such a sensitive time has been a huge help. Going through something so emotional but knowing that you have a team behind you that believes in you and your case makes it easier to get through. The fees are obviously on a case by case basis, but the saving grace is knowing that your lawyer won’t take the case if they don’t have the evidence to support the case. They will take the case and do extensive work to make sure you get everything that you should. I would recommend everyone to this firm.
