After initial hesitation of searching for and using legal counsel, all of the typical frustrations one can imagine when having to deal with doctors, specialists, multiple insurance companies, medical providers, etc. led me to hire the firm of RisCassi & Davis as my legal representation for an accident where we were rear-ended by a drunk driver, leaving me with significant pain and life altering injuries even after multiple surgeries. Andy Groher and his team of legal professionals provided us with incredible representation, where it was apparent from day-1 that this is a highly experienced, skillful, knowledgeable, and reliable practice. If you have ever been hesitant about legal counsel or question the benefits of using one, trust me, this is the firm and team that you want representing you. Attorney Groher and his team immediately put us at ease, explained every aspect and guided us through the process (for over 3 years!), never once did not answer the phone (or call back immediately), and answered questions and handled it all in a very caring but highly professional manner. Once they came aboard, they handled everything including speaking to doctors, insurance companies & medical providers, etc., not to mention all the countless hours of paperwork and reading they took off our hands. This was my first time dealing with a car accident that changed a lot in my life. Working with this firm at first was very nerve wrecking to me but they gave me constant reassurance. I was always informed of any update, I felt very included in the process never clueless. I was able to work with Pat Kennedy and he was really awesome.
