This Law Firm I would highly recommend them for anyone who was involved in a motor vehicle accident. They are on point, very informative. They keep you posted. They will try their best to ensure you get a satisfactory at the end of your case and for that I give them a 10 out of 10.

Carter helped me cover all of my medical bills and more. They introduced me to a medical procedure that no doctor ever did that changed my life. They did much better by me than another attorney, who failed me miserably and left me in pain. I did have to stay on top of the medical bills and keep a spreadsheet. I had to watch all accounts because the medical field is constantly trying to scam money from you. Cali was wonderful. I think she is my favorite. Matt did well. The initial gentleman was good. The attorney I dealt with in the last week, should never contact anyone. I would recommend them. Just watch what doctors you are sent to and make sure they participate with your insurance in-network. I had one lie to me twice and then try to hit me up for a large bill. Make sure your insurance says you have copays. Do not listen to rehab centers or doctors. I got a full refund on a rehab center due to their assuming I had to pay them. There are no copays on medical through your auto insurance. Be careful of ambulance chasers. They are doctors that want your settlement, not insurance and make that clear to Carter. If you suffered and had surgeries like me, you deserve it more than they do. Use your insurance. Make it clear with the attorneys that you are only willing to see medical professionals that participate with your insurance, or they will take your settlement money and think nothing of it and the attorneys have no issues with that. Document everything. Keep all correspondences until the suit is finalized. I had to lean on some to help justify my not paying a large medical bill. Carter picked up the slack. There are laws against charging any medical bills that was not made clear to you with non-participating medical providers before your visit. They must disclose prior. Conclusion, if I have any other person hit me again, I will call Carter. They do fight for the very most you can get.

Communication and transparency was at a all-time high. Not used to getting that sort of open communication from typical injury intern attorneys.Great overall experience hopefully won’t have to go through it again, but if so, I will definitely refer to Carter Mario.
