I'd like to take a minute to thank Samuel Velez my case worker at Carter Mario. Since day one Sam has made sure to answer every question, follow up with the Workman's Compensation company and get me answers. He contacts me regularly through out the week to see how things are going for me. For that I am greatful thanks Sam.

Attorney Fong helped in all aspect of the case and was a pleasure to talk with as a person first and foremost. As an Attorney I was even more pleased at the detail and time he used to explain all aspect of the case.

Honestly it was neither here nor there. I did not speak with them much when I went through the process of the lawsuit. When it came down to ask the amount that he was going for he told me the number (100k) and said of course you're not going to get that amount. And I got a lot lot less than I thought. (10k) The accident I was in was not one bit my fault I was rear ended and then the fellow went on to hit somebody else but I took the brunt of the hit. Then, he went around me and hit the guy in front of me. Again, as I said I felt that there really wasn't much work done to help me. Maybe that's me. I don't know. I guess I'm perplexed, because they did something for my son who had an accident that was partially his fault but mostly the other person's fault and My son received 6K ( 3 months after the accident) I was in physical therapy for a year or more.). he didn't even get hurt bad or go to the doctor but 3 times. I know everyone's different. But I really felt that I had a pretty good case So in that respect I feel like they dropped the ball. It's over now but I would say do your homework just because they advertise a lot doesn't mean they're the best..

This office handled a claim for my mom. Since the minute that we contacted them Samuel Velez was professional and he made this process seamless from the moment the case was open all the way to the end of the process and always followed up to make sure that my mom was doing ok.
