Melanie Dunn was there to help me when the school was not looking out for my child's best interest. She helped me by letting me know where the school was lacking in their evaluations. Also helped give me advice to get the aid my son needed to stay safe while at school. Going into PPTs for the first time, is intimating, and not knowing where to turn when you think what they are offering is a tough spot to be in.
