I have no hesitation referring clients to Joan. She is extremely knowledgeable.

Joan is quick to respond to any needs/requests, very knowledgeable, and I truly feel like my elderly parents are always in good hands with her. I feel like she has their best interests in mind and honestly cares about those she helps. She also has a lot of experience with the elderly so she is easy-going and understanding of their needs and works with them at a pace at which they feel comfortable.
