Court proceedings and charges can be very confusing, Mr.Baber explained all my charges as well as my rights so I could clearly understand what I was facing, and the options available to me. His professionalism made me feel like I was well taken care of. My job required me to maintain a security clearance that was in jeopardy do to my charges, he was able to fight on behalf of my rights and get some of my charges dropped or reduced based on his knowledge of the law without me even having to face a judge, thus saving my security clearances and allowing me to keep my job, not to mention the court fees that were avoided. He handled everything from the paperwork to court proceedings and more, I was well advised on what was going on with my case and never felt as if I was just a name on a paper as it sometimes becomes with the use of a standard public defender. The use of Mr.baber's legal services have allowed me to keep my freedom. I was apprehended upon entering the court house one day by court marshals who claimed to have multiple warrents out for my arrest. Mr.Baber immedialty jumped into action on my behalf and was able to sort out a mistake made by the courthouse for a warrent on someone who used the same name. If it wasn't for Mr.Baber I would have been held in jail as an innocent man untill a future court date where the mistake hopefully would have been resolved. I will never face a legal problem without the profession knowledge and expertise of Mr.Baber's services. I would recommend him to all for all legal issues minor or major.
