Janis handled my child custody the best. She’s well known and an awesome and amazing woman. She knows what she is doing. Listen to her and her advice helped me out even on a Day to day life. I absolutely would go to her for any advice in any situation that deals with the Law. She is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. There aren’t enough words that can describe her practice and how well she is. Janis was referred to me and I was new and hesitate of my situation but she’s very well known and as I said she is phenomenal at her work. Trust her with your situation trust me she knows what to do I couldn’t have done it with our her. Thank you and your practice again!

5 stars are not enough! Attorney Laliberte literally did the impossible. She passionately fought for me during one of the most contentious, drawn out litigations. She tirelessly proved her capabilities, all the while calming my fears, fighting for what was right, and did so ethically, which was not what I experienced with my previous council. She needed to take on my case after a previous lawyer literally stopped working on my case. Her courtroom etiquette, preparation, and capabilities are unparalleled. I am eternally grateful for her efforts. I was awarded full custody of my son against all odds, because someone finally heard me, stepped up, and did everything in their power for the courts to hear my side. Having the right lawyer means everything. I learned this the hard way but am eternally grateful for all her hard work when it mattered the most!

Attorney Laliberte was a person I could trust with my issues during my divorce and custody battle, she was fair, knows the law and was very concerned about my children. She was organized and ready to do battle with my children's father. We are finally at a good place in our lives and thank Attorney Laliberte for her help in getting us there.

Janis Laliberte was a godsend in the most terrible time in my life. When I divorced my husband I had no idea how crazy things can get, especially when your soon to be ex does not want to play nice. She not only helped me get through it she anticipated every twist and turn so I was able to focus on my children and moving forward.
