My Family was faced with what we thought was going to be a relatively easy Probate process . I began the process with the out of state probate court on behalf of my late brother’s estate and was appointed as administrator . Then the probate climate changed and we were faced with a possible insolvency issue where the estate was worth less than the debtors claims. I began an exhaustive search for a Connecticut Probate attorney , having already begun the filings and paperwork on my own , and that's when I found John Drapp, and Drapp law . I didn’t think anyone would want to pick up where I left off , but John listened to my concerns and detailing of previous filings and told me he could help my family resolve the issues we faced . There were medical debts and Debts owed to the State of Connecticut and I did not feel that I could navigate in this arena at all , with the best interests of the estate. Being appointed in an easy probate case is a lot of responsibility and this situation was well beyond that threshold. Thank God we found this firm .John Drapp is a true professional and his office staff are efficient too! From minute one they were on top of the process with quick and efficient phone and email communications . John walked me through the difficult debt navigation and gave us a much better than expected outcome for a reasonable cost , given the circumstances. I would highly recommend Drapp Law for an estate or related probate issue or to plan ahead for the future in this regard. Attorney Drapp III did a revocations for me, and it turned out great. He is very knowledgeable of the process. We all tend to get in sticky situations and are unknowing of some gun laws, this is definitely the person to higher his fees are worth it and the outcome outweigh the fee. Make sure and call him if you have any revocation issues.Trust me I’ve learned all the gun laws for CT. I’m hard to please but he sure made me happy. I received my pistol permit back and I’m happy because I’m a law abiding citizen. Thank you Drapp Law firm
