Be careful because they overcharge - W.Smith 3rd overcharges A LOT. They look at the value of your property and make up an “hourly rate” based on that, like mercenaries. If someone had warned us, we would never have used them. Save your time and money!

I had the pleasure of attending a lay lecture put on by Attorney Win Smith III. The presentation was about probate matters, wills, power of attorneys executors, living wills, and estate planning. Attorney Smith made it all easy to understand. He broke it down. He listened patiently to all of my questions and answered them with patience and clarity. I and my wife have since hired him to create our Wills and are very happy with our experience. I'm very confident that you will as well. Very highly recommended.

Dealt with Win the 3rd on some business transactions. I absolutely loved working with him.
