I primary dealt with George through e-mail with the occasional phone call, and no matter how I contacted him, or what questions I had, he always answered me promptly. After separating from my husband who left me with a financial mess, I was considering bankruptcy. I had found George online with one of those lawyer finding sites (not certain which one), and he called me right away. He explained all the facts of bankruptcy and then he never pestered me about it after that (as it took me several more months to make my decision). Then when the decision was made, George was there every step of the way, and answered all my questions, and explained everything in complete detail of what to expect.
