First, I would to express my deepest thought on how impressive, excellent job what Mrs. Krista has done in following up with my Pardon application. The confidence she has embrace me to put myself at ease, and the relief in trusting her with my personal info. When I received an email from Krista Anroman to finally draft copy that need to be corrected, I had to response back in speaking with her. At the point, I started feeling really uncomfortable speaking to someone I never meet.
