Cate Craig is a great lawyer! Very knowledgeable!

Last year my grandfather and I had to take an emergency trip to CT after his sister sadly passed away. We were unable to stay for more than a couple weeks, and my grandfather was ready to leave her house and the rest of her estate to the bank. I was able to convince him to at least talk to a lawyer, and on the recommendation of the funeral director talked to Mr. Scalise. He was immensely helpful, and his team made the entire process amazingly easy. We were able to return home and rest easy that the pros were handling everything for us. I know his sister would much rather my grandfather recieve her posessions than the bank, and thanks to the hard work of everyone involved, that was made a reality. The weight ESM was able to lift off my grandfather during such a difficult time was invaluable, and I wouldn't hesitate to rely on them again, or to recommend them to anyone in a similar position.

I would suggest -Don’t trust these people I spoke to three different law firms and all three law firms told me they cannot help me in my situation in anyway whatsoever, and to not waste my energy time and money, but I still reached out to this law firm because they are self proclaimed as the best I was told that I have to pay a $99 fee for a DMV assessment before they can tell me anything at all A legitimate law firm or Attorney would review your case for free and then give you a cost if you decide to retain them to represent you. over here or the model is pay us first then we discuss how we can help you -what a way to make a quick buck and suck money out of somebody’s pocket when you know according to the law that nothing might be done to help them.
