I contacted Marshall and Veale , LLC back in April of 2024 in an effort to make an informative decision on proceeding with my divorce after reading many superlative reviews about their firm. I met with attorney Ben Silvanic for about an hour as he explained the procedure and how the firm handled other divorce cases.Attorney Silvanic is a well versed divorce attorney who has handled a variety of cases. He is very knowledgeable, deliberative, delightful and professional. I never felt pressured at all to go through with my divorce and the decision was completely up to me as an individual. From the beginning, attorney Silvanic and I collaborated on a game plan that best fit my desires and we both set goals as to what we wanted to accomplish. Attorney Silvanic went out of his way on several occasions to keep me updated and used several different means of communication. Ben was always available and together we conquered every goal we initially set out achieve. I highly recommend Marshall and Veale , LLC and their excellent staff for all your attorney needs and feel strongly about giving them a 5 star rating !

My attorney Brittany helped me with a custody battle brought against me by the father of my child and she helped me through the entire process! Making sure to break things down into detail for me and also being an amazing support system as this was stressful for me and with me having no prior court orders or court knowledge. I would recommend her and her amazing office to anyone in search of legal help, the office staff is outstanding, professional, and ensure that they get back to you in a timely manner! Just saying maybe some of these reviews are a little biased? 🤔 Melissa Veale was assigned as a conservative for a neighbor of mine. The reason I gave her 1 star is because the sight doesn't allow any less. She was horrible and treated that poor handicapped women worse than any disabled person should ever be treated. She had utilities shut off when it was Melissa's job as conserator to pay her bills, she had no money to so much as buy a pizza or a hamburger or buy a piece or clothing, she needed medical care but not once were medical appointments arranged. IMO Melissa Veale was a failure as her attorney, her conservator and a human being but her Attorney husband Andrew V (Veale) gives her 5 stars). Good job Melissa Veale 👏.

Melissa and Brittany did a great job in helping me navigate through a tricky and very long process of dealing with a difficult ex in a child support case. They were extremely professional and were able to help me get all the back child support owed to my child. I am grateful for all the help and pushing thru the court system when it kept dragging on. I don't usually write reviews. I can imagine that most people, like me, never had to find an attorney until they had to go through a divorce. When i walked into Marshall & Veale's office for the first time, the only thing I was convinced of, is that i was not just going to need a good lawyer. I Was going to need one who would care. This was the beginning of a journey filled with a lot of drama, a lot of uncertainty, a lot of pain, a lot of stress. Through months of battling, after a pre-trial, a mediation, a 2 days trial, and then facing the ultimate challenge of an international child abduction, Attorney Veale did not only show an extremely high level of skill, competence, and dedication. She and her team showed that they cared, for me, their client. I feel extremely lucky that i walked into that office one day, and would recommend Marshall & Veale any day.

Many law firms do not tailor their legal approach to your specific desires, but this law office will do their very best to accommodate!!
