Avoid! Stay far, far, away from this firm. Very questionable billing practices. Will charge you for the time it takes to make your invoice! Overbilling and double billing. If the phone call lasted 5 minutes, I was charged for 20 minutes. This happened often. Also, did not follow my instructions. Contract states they have a $1,500 minimum, which is a violation of Connecticut rules - you're only supposed to charge for time you actually work. I've hired many lawyers over the years for various issues and comparatively, this one is very shady.

Atty Marshall absolutely does not listen to both sides of an argument. Myself and another client of her's both had similar issues. She contacts one side of the party more than the other. She responds to voicemails days later. Even in court the Judge was much more understanding. She spent minimal time with paperwork and refused to interview Family. She took over the case from a previous Atty who was wonderful and because of the previous Atty's work, I did very well in court. My associate was not as lucky and things did not work out in his favor
