This is the attorney you want. I'm still so grateful for Melissa Buckley's help.  I'm sure she has wings waiting for her in heaven, no joke.  She does a lot of good. She is a white knight. A no-nonsense, get down to brass tacks, fight hard for you kind of lawyer. She wants all aspects of your case, good and bad, to present your situation honestly and lobby for your rights. Knows the law down to the last letter. Lawyers and judges respect that - Melissa knows her stuff. She is tough but fair. Very professional and highly skilled. I was looking for a top notch car accident lawyer. I wanted the best attorney I could hire. I was involved in a major car crash in April 2017 when an SUV driven by a drunk driver was driving the wrong way on I-91. The crash was horrific. I injured by head and neck and suffered headaches for over a year after the crash. I had medical bills, I couldn't think straight because of my head injury and didn't know what to do. First, I found Jim and Julie Nugent through the internet, and I am really glad I did.
