I spoke with Eliza Aguia. She was very courteous, professional, persistent, and very helpful on getting me started on my case. She tried very hard and put alot of effort towards it. On a scale from 0 to 10, I rate her doing her job very well at 10 1/2. She was very pleasant to work with and there when I needed to get back to her. I enjoyed working with her.
