Attorney McKenna was instrumental in this process. She is thorough, detailed oriented and has a lot of experience in her field. It can be difficult to go through litigation against an employer and having attorney McKenna on my case gave me the reassurance that I will be well represented. For the employer they knew that attorney McKenna is a lawyer of high integrity, diligent and no nonsense. During the process, I was kept informed and there was a sense of urgency to reach a resolution.

If you ever find yourself on the wrong end of a termination because of discrimination, you want Deb in your corner. Speaking up about pay equity and discrimination in the workplace landed me in a termination, devastated and in Deb's office. She not only patiently listened to all aspects of my case, she answered my many questions, and followed up on my many requests. She offered professional, sage advice--guiding our strategy with CHRO & potential legal challenges. She was realistic with outcomes & possible scenarios for every step of the process and most helpful, was her calm and collected confidence in dealing with opposing counsel (much better than I ever could!), which ultimately help me secure a settlement in my case. These types of fights are stressful & never easy, but they're always worth pursing when you've been legally and professionally wronged. Deb gets it and will have your back through to the end.

I was fired from my job months after I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I was referred to Mrs McKenna shortly after. She helped me heal and fought against the discrimination that I suffered. The process was a long one but she was diligent and justice was served. She was compassionate and attentive to my feelings throughout the whole process. Mrs McKenna is a very knowledgeable woman who fights for justice. I couldn't thank her enough for all the support that she has given me. I Met with her several times. She represented me in a case with Unemployment and a wrongful termination. She did NOT follow through and get back to me as she stated she would to file a suit. She had stated in our last meeting that she would discuss my case with 2 other Attorney's and get back to me within the week. I never did hear back. I was very disappointed. I would NOT recommend this Attorney to others. She was difficult to reach and I heard many excuses over the months of chasing her.
