Literally 1 Day!! My wife and I decided to separate. After meeting with another attorney first who wasn't listening to our needs we where referred to Attorney Smith , she helped us prepare all the paperwork, charged us a fair price for her time and made it super easy. The paper work was submitted and lo and behold the judgement was approved the following day! The whole process was seamless, and Attorney Smith's communication was clear and consistent. Amazing!!

Great attorney Melissa Smith got my case dismissed after doing a strong and thorough investigation which brought up MULTIPLE errors and inconsistencies in the states case that alot of attorneys would over look and lack the motivation to look into . She made the prosecutor, in my old case that she got dismissed, admit In the court room on record that the states case is weak, that after the defense (Melissa Smith) presented the inconsistencies in the case, after a VERY thorough investigation was completed (Which by the way the prosecution had no intention of conducting), it was discovered that the alleged victim's statements were deemed inconsistent and biased . It was also discovered that the police investigation of the case was not thorough and that multiple potential suspects that were at the scene of the crime were not questioned by police . Whatever you do never jump on a plea deal/offer . Let your Attorney conduct a investigation first ! Period.
