I have known Peter Berdon for many year and at the start, wondered if he would live up to his father who was a spectacular benefit to society and the legal profession. He has shown himself to be just that. Over the years, we have used him and his firm to solve any legal issue that arose. He sometimes surprised us with the solutions he found. My name is Dr Richard Fogel. I hired Dow fir health care issues. During several conversations with Dow he list his temper and poise. He screamed. Used inappropriate language to me. On one such occasions family member was present. For whatever reasons Dow was quite mean to me. O. Another occasion I heard Dow scream and berate someone in his office. I realize that my review is different then the ones posted. I am very suspicious of the relationship had with the prosecutor in my case. I never understood why Dow was so harsh and mean to me. After so many years I feel as if I did not fit a fair defense. It is my opinion that if I had outstanding representation that a much better outcome could have been obtained. I remain troubled and suspicious by Dows representation of USA vs Dr Richard MFogel.

I have had used at least 50 lawyers over the years + I have used Peter at least Six times, The seventh time He lost cost me. I stopped using him. I have had or used four other ones, the no call backs , I forgot , used there partners as message board still no. Not with Peter. Someone will get back to you.
