Integrity and honesty at the very core! I can’t say enough about Bruce and his team. From the beginning of my accident Bruce was there every step of the way. From the negotiation process all the way to fighting with the insurance companies on my behalf to make sure i was correctly compensated all the way through. Thank you for putting my needs first and foremost and always being transparent and available when i needed you. S. E. Martin 2/2023 In December 2020, was involved in a car accident on Route 91 entering Hartford. I was referred to Attorney Bruce Jacobs and cannot express my complete satisfaction with Bruce and his team. Being unfamiliar with the process, from the infancy stage to the final settlement, I knew was being well represented and in the best of hands. My words cannot quite convey how outstanding the experience was and would highly, highly recommend Bruce in the future. Without question a 5 Star rating.

I am an MD who called this firm to get guidance about statute of limitations. It was identified fairly early in the conversation that Jacobs & Jacobs did not have juristiction in my state. Nevertheless, the attorney who took my call spent nearly 1/2 hour on the phone listening to my case (actually two different matters involving medical and legal malpractice) advising me to the best she could. There was no way her firm could take my case because they aren't licenced in CA but regarless was genuinely happy to help me! Now this is a law firm with attorney who cares. An attorney like this is hard to find giving up a chunk of her time to help someone who knowingly is not a potential client, just for the sake of helping. This is truly a special firm with very caring people. I am so apreciative for all the time an assistence as he gave me direction on how to proceed. And she is actively seeking firms for me in my state who may be able to take my case. Thank you Jacobs & Jacobs for your genuinely good hearted effort to help people. There is no need to seek another firm after you find Jacobs & Jacobs. They are the bomb! Now to find a firm in my area that has a similar mindset.
