I worked with Mr. Buckley and he was very professional, understanding, and accommodating. When I was injured and unable to travel, Mr. Buckley came to me for our first meeting. He is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I really appreciated how he kept me apprised throughout our proceedings. I would highly recommend this practice.

It started with a call on Good Friday and within an hour a call back from both Mr.Buckley and Mr. Parese.Both making sure I was alright and then assuring me that I would get a call back that day to get further details from John Parese.That was my first impression and 100% sold me! They were referred to me by word of mouth; and those referrals were on point with my experience! During this entire process;which I had never been involved in a car accident before, John P was honest, and upfront of his findings. No grey areas! He handled the details down to the phone calls that I was receiving from the other insurance company and adjuster demanding information during my work day.The worry from that moment ; went away, from John Parese jumping in and getting it handled.Any questions that I had were always answered and followed up with a phone call when necessary to explain further. Time lines were clearly given so I didn't feel forgotten about at all.I didn't feel the need to double check on anything during this time. I felt I was being taken care of and so I left it to the professionals! Accidents happen , dealing with the aftermath is stressful, and time consuming; so leave it in the hands of this team and let them handle the details for you.
