I recently procured attorney Lane for a personal injury case resulting from an accident in which I was the victim. This was a first for me, as I have never had this happen before, but have lasting injuries. Attorney Lane and his team were extremely professional, detail oriented, and quite knowledgeable. They were able to bring my case to a satisfactory conclusion. I highly recommend them if you are in a similar situation. I will not hesitate to engage them again, in the future, if I have a need.

Out of the game. I started my divorce process with Mariani. Once it seemed a trial was unavoidable, she lost interest and seemed overwhelmed. Often had to leave court and have partner stand in, turned in hand written orders for judge to sign and pressured me to agreements that were unnecessary. Thankfully I changed attorneys and realized I didn't have to pay alimony or sacrifice my property and custody rights. I would avoid if divorce is beyond simple mediation.

Look elsewhere if you're the defendant.

Attorney Reck represented me in regards to custody issues with my son's father. He was professional, responsive and always had my best interest at heart. The staff was always very quick and helpful. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone.

Linda took on my divorce while being best friends with my soon to be ex’s fiancé. They all knew it, I did not. Would have sued but she left me (a single mother) penniless.

Linda Mariani was great in helping us finalize our divorce through mediation. Her years of experience were a definite asset both with regards to her knowledge of divorce law and the speed in which she was able to move us through the process because of her familiarity of the local court system. We came to a very fair and equitable agreement, in part based on her knowledge of what would be acceptable to the court, but also because she listened to both of us and took into account what each of us was expecting in the settlement.
