September 2018 my son Tyler was struck by a drunk driver leaving the Mohegan Sun on a Saturday night. I texted Kathleen Flynn that evening and she told me to meet her in her office the next morning which by the way was a Sunday and that’s pretty unheard of in an attorney world. But this firm goes above and beyond for their clients! Kathleen was very calming and explained to us all of the options as a family. She went over every detail and made sure that we were clear about how the process was going to go and was very concerned that we were 100% informed. Once we sign the paperwork and gave Kathleen the go ahead to move forward everything went so smoothly and quickly and Kathleen and her office staff were always there whenever we had a question or needed anything. Thank goodness Tyler injuries weren’t extreme but the truck was totaled and his experience was Very frightening to him and to all of us and Kathleen make sure that as her client we were guided 100% all the time and she had Tyler’s best interest when she was fighting for us when the insurance company wanted to give us a very small amount she went back in and fight for what was right! We were very pleased with her services and the entire experience that this law office provided
