I used attorney Jacobs when I fell in a store. The case took a long time but we eventually settled. I was very happy with the service she (and her partner attorney Quiles at the time) provided. They kept me informed of what was going on whenever anything came up. Attorney Jacobs even brought me home one day after a deposition when I didn't have a car. Fast forward to 2018 and my daughter was in a car accident that involved personal injury on the other persons side. I called Attorney Jacobs and not only did she walk me through what to say to my insurance and the other insurance, she offered to meet with my daughter and explain reality to her since she was an absolute mess. Because of her advice everything settled just as she said it would.

I've had the pleasure of having Michael as my lawyer for 2 separate cases. Every single time I have dealt with him, he has been nothing but straight forward, honest and understanding.
