From the moment that I contacted Emily, I knew that I had an ally and support during the most difficult time of my life, making the most difficult decision of my life. Emily was available, professional and most importantly HONEST. As a person who has never dealt with any legal matters before in my life, she explained the divorce process to me and what I could expect to happen. Her expertise in family law is evident in everything that she does. She was willing to take me on as a client despite the fact that I live 45 miles away from her office and came to court with me in an entirely different county. My divorce was extremely contentious and she made me feel safe and she made me feel validated. There is no easy divorce and Emily was able to settle my divorce ON THE FIRST COURT DATE!! Emily goes above and beyond the call of duty, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Emily was my second lawyer and the difference was beyond notable. My husband and I started a custody and child support battle in 2020. After constant bullying from the other parties attorney, we finally had enough and needed someone on our side. Mrs.Thaller handled my custody case she did an amazing job she was patient with me and answered all of my questions I was super nervous in court but she did all of the talking unless I need to directly respond to the judge and even responded after business hours 10/10 would recommend she did an awesome job and we won the case.
