Attorney Yelner fought for me for my disability benefits.. and she worked hard, and used all of her skills, and went above and beyond to finally get my benefits, and refused to give up until it came to fruition..It was a long journey, but great results. Mrs. Olia Yelner and her paralegal handled my case since 2016. I contacted Atty Yelner after a denial at the adjudication review of my disability case. Upon review of my case and a request for additional information that was not supplied at tha ALJ level. She filed in Federal court and WON!! We are now waiting to go back before the ALJ where I believe we will win again.
