There aren't enough good things that I can say about Phil Cohn. He took on our complicated case and did an amazing job advocating for us and for our child. He is familiar with how the process works and handled our case well. He knows the law and the way the schools work and he can be tough when needed. He is an astute listener and an excellent mediator.
