Used her along with Charles Harris (her mentor), she is smug and not professional. She looks and acts like a high school senior who wants desperately to appear 'better' than the other girls in order to attract attention. Definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed. And Harris is a blowhard. I received barely adequate advice and outcome.
