Don't let his calm demeanor fool you. Attorney Foster and his staff truly fight for their clients. We were in a bad situation. We had a law group retained to assist us to modify our mortgage. Something went terribly wrong, and we found our house deep in the foreclosure process. Our house was all but gone. I was referred last minute to Eric Foster. This was a prayer answered. He, as well as his assistants, Sarah and Stephanie worked fast and hard. Not only did they stop the foreclosure process, but they also negotiated a modification. If you need help quick, fast and in a hurry, Eric Foster is your man.

Eric provided me counsel around how to manage a $10K balance that was due to a debt collector. He was able to quickly take inventory of the situation and advise on my best legal recourse. I appreciate most that he was honest in his consultation - he encouraged me to not partake in any litigation and contact the owner of the debt directly. I followed his advice and was able to avert paying the remaining balance and ultimately was able to get the debt “settled as paid”.
