I was in limbo between two bureaucracies USCIS and CT DMV. My permanent resident alien card expired and my driver's license was up for renewal. The DMV refused to renew my license due to status of the alien card. Although I presented them the expiry extension letter they still refused. After a few weeks of contacting both agencies via web and phone connections, I gave up. I then called Attorney Llinas and explained my situation to a representative. The next day I called again and spoke to him. I thought he was in his office but he was home getting his dogs back in from outside whilst trying to get to court. I was amazed that he actively listened to my situation, empathized with my frustrations and offered solutions. This brief encounter gave me the hope and my confidence back. Once I was informed Attorney Llinas would accept my case, I hired him without hesitation. Within a time frame of 4 business days. I was back at DMV with a renewed driver license. In conclusion ,without his representation I would have suffered financially and personally. It is with the deepest sincerity and confidence in recommending Attorney Llinas and his team.

I liked Chris right off the bat during the initial consultation phone call regarding a DUI case. He spent time asking for all details and then patiently explained the court process, his defensive plan, and his confidence in getting a positive outcome for the case. Chris sounded very personable, experienced, and trustworthy. I hired him immediately right on the phone without even stepping foot in his office. While waiting for the court date to come, Chris and his staff kept me well-informed and up to date. Chris personally checked on me from time to time through emails and text messages, and was very prompt in responding to my queries, even at off-hours or on weekends.
