Donald Howard and his staff were extremely personable to work with and got me exactly the result I was looking for. I received a misdemeanor summons for speeding, and Mr. Howard used my otherwise clean record and his personal knowledge of the court and the prosecutor to negotiate a dismissal. I showed up for court, and without ever entering the courtroom, had made a charitable contribution and was walking out with the dismissal less than thirty minutes later. The only imperfection in the process was a bumpy handoff as he took over administrative details usually handled by his staff as someone began maternity leave. I had a few days without contact from his office, which surprised me. However, once I was in contact with him directly, he was totally responsive and available to address all my concerns. I have every reason to believe that in normal circumstances things run totally smooth, and my interactions with both him and his staff were professional and positive. Attorney O'Brien helped me get through a few tough spots over the last several years. Recently, I faced almost certain jail for a new case that also violated my probation. He took the time to really understand what was going on in my life and carefully explained the law and my charges. He presented all of the facts to the prosecutors and the judge and I was given another chance to stay out of jail and in my treatment program. Everything he told me that he would do, he did. I was driving down to New York and got caught by the cop at 110mph. I received a Misdemeanor summons and quickly searched for attorneys. Then, I found 844-Pulled-Over. I hired Donald and discussed about the situation. This case was extremely difficult because not only 110mph is inexcusable, I also had another Reckless driving on my driving record. At first I thought this case would be near impossible. However, thanks to Donald and his team, he was able to knock my Misdemeanor charge, massive amounts of points, and a long suspension to a speeding ticket that I was not required to pay the fine instead, I have to do 20 hours of community service. I contacted many other attorneys and they said that this case was pretty much a loss. Regardless of the difficulties, Donald was able to win the case! Not only that, Donald really makes you feel comfortable to the point that he felt like I was his friend rather an attorney. I strongly believe that my life will change after this and learn from my mistake. I cannot thank Donald enough for what he have done.

Howard is the only ticket lawyer in ct you need. He earns all of his 5 star reviews and really takes the pressure off of you and keeps it real instead of just selling his services. Had the ticket thrown out completely which is a life savor! Definitely recommend and use in the future.
