This is my first property purchase in US and to top that I did not have a broker, being an immigrant I had limited understanding of the legal requirements. Attorney Shaw and his team was fabulous to work with - extremely accommodating, precise and professional. They helped me at every step of the process and explained the nuances of each clause.
