We had a very good experience with Attorney DiMauro regarding my parents eldercare/Medicaid case. Joseph jumped in and took over the case that was heading in an unfavorable direction. He quickly got up to speed and brought the case to a close garnering a just and favorable decision for my parents. He's an expert in his field! Joseph is also passionate about his work and truly cares about his clients. I highly recommend this attorney.

“Attorney DiMauro is a great lawyer. He assisted me with a tax issue and negotiated a favorable resolution. He has been there to answer all my calls and provide me tax and estate planning advise for me and my clients. I retained Attny DiMauro for a IRS tax issue....He was able to negotiate an offer in compromise and reduce my tax liability substancially.. He handled the situation very professionally and his knowledge of the tax codes helped resolve this matter very quickly. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a tax attorney or estate planning

I engaged Joseph D. DiMauro to research and negotiate the payment of a past due note in Connecticut that was listed as an asset for my mother in Vermont and was preventing her from qualifying for long-term care Medicaid. He performed well and was quickly successful.

I had the privilege to work with attorney Di Mauro on a couple of occasions. On both of those he was punctual, thorough, professional and very detailed. He also has a way of making the attorney experience a pleasant one unlike others that I have had.
If you are in need of his services I would strongly recommend him as the best option.

Joe gave our elderly parents great advise and rewrote their wills exactly the way they wanted them to be. When our parents passed he was always there to answer our questions as to how to navigate thru the probate process. He answered all calls or e mails immediately .
