I requested a once time consult using the MetLife legal plan subscription I have through work, and they would not even meet with me, I assume because it would only be a consult and not likely to evolve into a case. The person answering the phone also had an attitude. Very disappointing. You have been warned.

I contacted D'Agosto and Howe via their websites online email form. I provided my legal insurance plans eligibility ID and requested a call back regarding a legal issue. Despite the fact that D'Agosto and Howes website says that they will respond within 1 business day, I never received a call or email. I also messaged their Facebook page and never received a response. Why state on your website that you have a 'Pledge To Our Clients', that 'Your emails will be answered the same day or within the next business day.' If you don't honor that pledge? I contacted them for legal advice over 2 weeks ago!
