I have been struggling to get medical care for my work injury since 2012. I am an RN and I know what the standard of care should be. My previous attorney did not even respond to my emails/calls while I was outside an ER in pain on several occasions. Attorney Howe has done more in a few months than my previous attorney has in years. He ALWAYS responds ASAP. He is a special attorney that truly has your back. I called him an anomaly today as I have dealt with many lawyers in several different practice areas and none have come close to this attorney's calm, compassionate attitude coupled with his extensive knowledge.

I am not trying to be melodramatic, but Attorney D’Agosto literally stepped in and saved my son. He has changed my son’s life. I wish so much that I knew him sooner and could have saved my son from these past, nearly 3 years of abuse, but I am just thankful that it stopped now. Without Attorney D’Agosto, who knows how much longer this would have continued. I interviewed an attorney who asked me if there was domestic violence in my marriage. I told him yes, that it was severe emotional abuse. He looked me in the eye and told me that if we weren’t being hit, it was not domestic violence. Then there were the 3 attorneys before I hired Attorney D’Agosto, who took my money, didn’t fight for me and my children, and I don’t think they believed me (or just didn’t care), either. It all honestly just felt like more abuse, only this time, I was wasting my father’s retirement money (which only brought more guilt), just to try to get us to safety. I never wanted anything from my ex-husband. I just wanted to get us out of there, stop the abuse, have us start healing, and be left alone. My past attorneys honestly just allowed my ex-husband to use the legal system to continue to abuse me for the past 3 years since I escaped. It has been a literal nightmare. Then, there was Attorney D’Agosto. I can’t thank him enough! Thank you, Nick, for fighting for me even if everything I told you about my ex was unbelievable. My ex truly is evil - there is no other way to describe what he is and does to us. I lost one child 😢, but thanks to you, I did not lose the other one, and now my third child is safe and doing so much better, too! From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!
