In June of 2019, I was injured on my job and I required a full shoulder replacement. My employer did not want to approve my much needed surgery. A close friend suggested I call Attorney Sousa. It wasn't until I retained the help of Attorney Sousa, that I not only got the approval for my surgery, I also received therapy afterwards. During the long rehabilitation time, Attorney Sousa also seen that I received pay for my lost wages. After a long recovery, it was decided that I was unable to return to my work position due to this injury. He then negotiated a remarkable settlement for me. In all the while of this ordeal, Attorney Sousa always made time to answer all my questions and concerns in this process. His compassion and dedication to my case was extraordinary. Attorney was an excellent lawyer in my case. After nearly four years of delays in hearings and after my union representation seem to be working against me, I hired Mr Sousa as an injured nurse who worked for the state of connecticut.
