Bob Sousa worked incredibly hard on my injury case. I would absolutely 100% recommend him, and his crew. Monique is a first class paralegal too! I learned about attorney Bob Sousa From fellow workers Who Used The firm to represent them dealing with Workmen’s Comp Issues. After my first interview with Attorney Sousa I felt confident that I made the right choice of having the firm represent me. They have a wonderful staff . I especially liked dealing with Bobs secretary Monique who I dealt with over the phone and when ever I came into the office. She is very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. My outcome was very favorable and Bobs help didn’t stop there. He advised me on how to deal with Social Security. Yes I HIGHLY recomend Minogue and Bob Sousa!!! I talked to several lawyers be for finding these two legal experts and none gave me any hope or direction! When I contacted Minouge it was a breath of fresh air, this incredible woman knows exactly what to advise you to do in very easy to inderstand laymens terms, she went straight to the point and from there took the wheel, "very impressive"!!! From there her and Bob Sousa went to hearings at least 7 times for me which I did not need to attend. They went on to win my workman's comp. case, at that point I just had to sign papers and collect a check!! Very professional and on top of Everything. They made sure I was getting my workers Comp pay on time and my therapy appointments and travel time was paid. Attorney Robert Sousa got it done ! He and Monique we on top of everything .Almost two years after being injured on the job I was getting nowhere trying to deal with the Insurance company myself. I worked at ups Stratford facility for 20 yrs. 3 yrs ago had a knee injury and the insurance fought me on the claim .
