Ruane attorneys were nice, organized, communicative and punctual. I just wish I didn’t have to drive 3 hrs each way to visit the Norwich court in person for a speeding ticket over 1 year in the past. And when I arrived I wasn’t even allowed into the courtroom nor did I ever sign in. Seems like I didn’t need to be there. Also they weren’t able to reduce the charges very much so now I have a point on my license. My ticket also said 80 in a 55, but somehow the judge was told I was “actually” doing 90 in a 55 and that the officer cut me a break by writing 80 on the ticket. How did the judge even know this? And how is hearsay like this allowed to influence the case? Seemed wrong.
