Let me save you some time: Work with another legal service provider. Extremely slow turnaround time in response, despite indicating that we needed to promptly get review on things. I've been following up for days over the phone to simply get some notes over email. Each time I call, the answer has been: "We'll get it to you by the end of the day or first thing tomorrow morning." It's been days. To say you will deliver something and not is pretty unprofessional and unreliable. What we were told would take 2-3 actually takes week because of the latency in communication, response and ability to deliver as they promise.

Purchased a recliner. Six months later a bracket broke making the chair inoperable. The replacement part was initially promised the next month. When I called to check the status, I was told it would be another month. The next month I was told it would be another month. Enough was enough! After a call to WWB, the attorney sent them a letter (of which I received a copy). Less than a week later I received a call from this company's customer service liaison informing me I will receive full credit for a brand new chair! Thank you WWB!
