My wife and I hired Jim for the sale of our house in December of 2017. Jim and his paralegal Lisa did an excellent job of communication and prompt follow up to make sure everything was on schedule and fully understood. We were so happy that we recently hired Jim again for the purchase of land in April of 2018. Cannot say enough about how pleased we were with Attorney Blanchfield and his staff.

Jim was highly recommended to us through many of our friends that have used his services. He has guided us through estate and retirement planning along with our first mortgage and a refinance. We are extremely pleased with everything Jim has done for us!!!

We had Jim help us with a home purchase as well as our wills. He did an amazing job and was great at breaking down the "legal terms" in ways that were easy to understand for the lay person. Highly recommend. No nonsense and easy to talk to.
